Stress is one of our cultures most challenging struggles.  We’ve found that one of the greatest stress reducers is enjoying the touch and feel of fabric, and the pleasure of personal expression that you can share with others… 

Sewing is once more growing as a method that both women and men use to relax and express their creativity.
